Feedback
Ran into a problem, or have an idea that would make CongPlan better? You can send feedback straight from the app. It does not go to your congregation's administrators — it goes to the central feedback portal shared by every CongPlan congregation.
Where to Find It
Open Me > Help & Feedback. Selecting it opens the feedback portal in a new browser tab, so whatever you were doing in CongPlan is left exactly as you left it.
What Gets Sent Along
CongPlan fills in some of the groundwork for you before you even start typing:
- The page you were on, your interface language, and your screen size travel along automatically, so your report has context.
- The app also adds — and signs — a few things only it can vouch for: who is reporting, your congregation, and the app version you are using.
Before anything is filed, the portal shows you exactly what information it received, so you always know what you are sharing.
When to Use It
Use it to report something that is not working, or to suggest an improvement. It is the same route no matter which device or congregation you are on.
